Track 2: Perfect for Ringtail users with less than 18 months of Ringtail experience, Ringtail Power User 1 certification will expand on your existing knowledge of data ingestion, case and review configuration, data search and analysis, and data export and production. Training & Certification & On-Boarding
The most visited location on The training materials section. With the rapid pace of Ringtail development end users need fast and flexible ways to learn about new features – and Ringtail University is the place to be. Here, users can leverage the many videos and certification classes on the site to ensure they are using the software to its fullest potential. Reem Saffouri’s team develops and delivers training and certification materials and she will give us an overview of the 2018 additions – and the plans for 2019. – Documentation & "What’s New in 9.x?" is now part of the Ringtail platform, with context-aware help links in the software leading to the site. Ringtail Client Keynote: Everyday Analytics using Ringtail
E-discovery analytics like predictive coding, concept clustering and search term analysis are often mistaken as tools intended only for large and complex matters. The reality is these functionalities can be easy to get started with and scaled for any case, regardless of the size, to improve review efficiency and better inform case strategies. During this session Caroline will cover:
  • Introduce and deploy analytics to your legal team
  • Utilize analytics for your day-to-day e-Discovery workflow to optimize review efficiency

Caroline Sweeney is responsible for the delivery of Dorsey’s e-discovery services, including LegalMine Managed Review services, litigation technology support, and trial technology support. Caroline is a member of Dorsey’s Electronic Discovery Practice Group and the Cybersecurity, Privacy and Social Media Practice Group. She has extensive experience consulting with attorneys and clients with regard to e-discovery, including identification, preservation, collection, processing, review and production of electronically stored information. Her 25+ years of experience in the litigation support industry, include working in the law firm and litigation support vendor environments.

In the spring of 2018 the London based law firm Berwin Leighton Pasiner (now Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner) announced what is believed to be the first successful use of machine learning predictive coding "through to full trial" in the UK. Dashboards and Data Models are a priority for the Ringtail development team. During this hands-on workshop we will preview some of the dashboards and data models we are working on for 2019 and then provide you with the tools to design your own dashboard or data model prototype.

How much does the Ringtail Advantage Conference cost?

Conference fees are $895 per person. This price includes all keynotes, breakout sessions, meals, events and our optional certification / training day.

Early bird pricing is $495 per person. Early bird pricing is available until 6:00 PM PST on July 20, 2018.

Registration for the conference will close on September 8, 2018.

Note: Hotel accommodations and transportation to and from the conference venue are NOT included in the conference fee. See below for conference hotel information.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes! We offer a "2 for the price of 1" discount. For every 2 registrations from a single organization 1 registration will be free.

Are registrations transferrable?

Yes, registrations are transferrable until the close of registration on September 8, 2018. Please contact with the details.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel your registration and receive a full refund up until August 24, 2018. There is no cancellation fee. After August 24, 2018 all cancellations are non-refundable.

How much is the conference hotel per night?

We have secured a block of rooms at the W Hotel at the rate of $269 per night (not including state and local taxes). This rate is available 3 days before and 3 days after the event (subject to availability) if you want to coming in early and enjoy a weekend in Seattle before the conference.
